Return Policy: Due to customized nature of the items we make we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless you receive the wrong or faulty item.

In this case, please contact us at lollyslaserdesigns@yahoo.com and include a photograph of the issue within 7 days following the receipt of your order.

All items must be returned to us within 14 days, in original condition, for replacement or refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
